Anatomy Master's Program
Anatomy Department Master's Program was deemed appropriate to be opened at the meeting of the Higher Education Executive Board held on 13.01.2021. The program aims to provide clinical terminology and basic clinical knowledge on the normal anatomical structure of the human body and on the basis of anatomy, as well as to create a research infrastructure on subjects of interest in anatomy and related disciplines. In addition, one of the main objectives of the program is to train scientists who have basic and current theoretical knowledge in the field of anatomy, who are interested in new information flow, who have gained skills, attitudes and experience in all laboratory methods used in the field of science, who can plan and carry out independent research, who have organizational skills and ethical values. The first year of the program is devoted to theoretical lectures and Anatomy laboratory applications, and the second year is devoted to thesis work. Those who complete this program can apply to doctoral programs in many other branches, especially in Anatomy, if they fulfill the other necessary prerequisites, and they can take their academic careers to the next level.
